The patented design is flashed into the roofing membrane as a permanent fixture that provides fall protection during the construction phase as well as for all warranty and maintenance workers. The ARS series anchors attaches easily to a 2 X 4 top cord with a single grade 8 bolt provided with each kit. In event of a fall, the anchor stem folds over reducing shock load.
